TRECVID 2019 Video_to_text Submission

Please use this form to submit a TRECVID 2019 video_to_text run file. Only one run per file is allowed.

A team may submit at most 4 runs for the Description Generation subtask.

Each team should nominate a priority run which will be used as part of a direct assessment (human evaluation) process (e.g. a baseline run OR best possible run, etc).

For each testing subset in the "Matching and Ranking" subtask, systems are allowed to submit up to 4 runs for each description set (A, B, etc).

Please use the strings ".A.", ".B.", etc as part of your run file names to differentiate between different description sets in the "Matching and Ranking" subtask

Please submit all runs as uncompressed plain text files

The information you provide in this form is used
to identify and describe retrieval results submitted to the
TRECVID conference. All information regarding the run is retained
in a NIST database of runs; this database is retained indefinitely.
All information except for the email address of the submitter
may be published as part of the run description in the TRECVID
proceedings.
